i used this one before i wiped my laptop
when i was installing things again like google chrome
i reinstalled the addon yet it doesnt work
it says that its enabled in my extensions page but doesnt come up on youtube
and i have had the same problem with addons as i have tried different ones
any ideas?

I would say re-install Google Chrome
