It's usually a key on your keyboard which has a little symbol that looks like a radio tower. Or it may be a button on the side. If you can't find it, or you are on a PC, turn off your computer and turn it back on in a few minutes. See if it is picking up a signal now. If not, click on your start ball (the big round circle usually located at the bottom left of your task bar). Click on Control Panel Click on Network and Internet Click on Network and Sharing Centre Click on Troubleshoot problems You'll see a list of trouble shooters. Click on Internet Connections and see if the trouble shooter spots anything.
