I have a laptop with windows 8.1 and I had google chrome but web pages where not loading so I uninstalled it and now Im trying to re-install it and its not working, is it something wrong with google?

Your Google Chrome is corrupted or broken now. And you have not completely uninstalled Chrome so you could not re-install it well. If the Chrome is corrupted, it did not allow you to remove by manual. The related files are separated around your system. It can be removed by manual.That means you need to totally get rid of it by using special removal ways. To fix your Google Chrome problem, you can try the removal guides below:
1.Quit Google Chrome and its related processes (That means you need to go into Safe Mode)
2.Download and use Google Chrome uninstall tool like Perfect Uninstaller
3. locate and find Chrome in the program list of uninstaller
4. Click "Uninstall" button to start uninstalling processes.
You will find Chrome has been completely removed from your laptop soon.
