friend of mine knows my password and username of my fb id ..he has deactivated it and changed the reset mail id.in case if i try to reset my password link is sent to his id...is there any way to get back my account...

If you have given a secondary e-mail ID in your facebook account earier, you may try to login by that. A bit tough though.

you could email support though when de-activating fb is usually just suspended and the original id and password normally re-activate it

Unless you trust your friend or sibling with your life you never share passwords, if you do the consequences could be catastrophic.
Just say forgot password, then enter your email and it'll give three codes to activate again.
