ok so when i start playing MW2 the connection starts at 4 bar, then when im about to shoot or kill someone its goes to a 1 bar. and it happens when i try to kill anyone not just certain people. my ports are all open, it just started at the beginning of April and has been happening ever since. i also 4 bar it in MW3 and Black Ops 2 but recently there connection has been bad too. my internet speed is 16 ms ping, 5.22 Mbps download and 0.88 Mbps upload. please help!

Xbox has a problem with the connection for online wait till tomorrow should be fixed
