Hi. I want to congratulate the members of our forum on the anniversary of iranian revolution in 1979. How do I do that? And how do I insert links in the message? Thanks
Rankine, thanks for the answer. I know people may not be ok with mass e-mails and I appreciate your concern, but this will be once a year occasion, secondly, on registering the site allows the members to enable or disable e-mails
I like that. And the forum software is as mentioned in the title an SMF forum. So, how do I do it? Thanks again.

Depends on the forum software. If the forum does not have a mass emailing function, you need to extract all addresses from the database. This should be possible if you have admin access.
Then use the mass emailer of your choice.
But most people do not really appreciate mass emails. Perhaps instead put a congratulation on the forum itself ?

It is depend on forum software. You can do it in many forum sites but not all forum sites. There are many sites that can help you I will suggest one for you.
