Glancing at his features I didn't see any mention of meta date fields or header/title optimizing, the sort of things all in one does. All in one is said to be a heavy processor load in the way it brute force rewrites pages, there are newer gentler plugins that do a similar job.
All that keyword optimizing stuff in Easy WP SEO looks a bit heavy handed, as search engines get smarter with techniques like Latent Symantec Indexing, keywword stuffing is less beneficial. I believe there are free page analysis tools online that can give a keyword report.
