That's a rather vague question, generally the hosting account holder would have been given a login name ans password for using the hosts online file manager or through an FTP file program on your computer. Some CMS programs like Wordpress allow you to directly log into the program and ad posts, you can even add blog posts over a cell phone.

Your hosting company should have given you the logon details, if this is correct, log onto your cpanel by typing the following:
1. http://www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel
or if your website is built on wordpress, log onto the admin page by typing the following
2. http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
you should be able to reset your password on the same pages
