Because i have a small frame, am trying to build it up, am trying to get my shoulders wider and pack on some weight, am not trying to look butch, kind of like a trey songz body, but am just trying to build my frame and body up and make my appearance look better, not a weak body, if you have any ideas that i should do, this is the question for you. thank you

look up nick wright on youtube and six pack shortcuts and things like that you need to learn different workouts if you want me to help a little follow me on instagram my name is mocloh
but you just need to eat a lot of lean meats and carbs and get a nice pro complex protein powder
