okay well i dont know if i actually want to use twitter but i wanna follow justin bieber and celebrities and stuff..im so confused about it though..
i followed him but like how do i send something to him, do i message him, or do the @justinbieber thing in a tweet?
someone explain twitter.. i feel stupid haha
is it like weird to message him? loll im so confused?

you can send messages direct to users, when you send a tweet with the @user, the message shows up on their twitter feed but everyone else who follows you can also see what you sent.
