You have to follow the instructions they give you, or possibly call them if you think you can get connected by phone.

Someone used my email address to get a face book account. They will never get their confirmation code.

Don't worry dear,
Just go to in your email inbox and if confirmation code is not there then check your spam.
If both place you didn't find code then open Facebook again and then follow same process that you already done and then i hope you will get code.
Sometime code will struck in the network, so don't worry and try again.
