I used the option on Facebook to import contacts from my Skype account. Some of the contacts appeared are contacts are don't have them anymore on Skype and I deleted them. The fact that they appeared means that I didn't delete them?

No , it means that you have deleted them from your Skype list in the software application but Skype still keeps a record of all the contacts that you added over time in their database.

Yes.if you permit fb will check Skype .
