mE would start on his official facebook page. Then follow him on Twitter and answer his tweets. Then I would contact his fan club or a fan club of any of his many bands he is in. Then I would try contacting through his record company. Then I would try to contact him through his management. I would try and make contact through all those things I mentioned. with technology these days it should be easier to get info from you to someone famous you like a lot.
