There are no websites that pay you to watch ads that aren't out to scam you. If these internet sites were real the world be be aware and so would you. There would be no need to ask, it would be common knowledge. You actually have to work to make money to purchase goods.

It might take a life time to earn enough for a cell phone through one of those programs, they are on the shady side of the internet, closely related to Pay To Click PTC businesses, sometimes using people to defraud paid advertising customers.
Writing for web sites through an article broker or freelance marketplace would be a more legit, better paying way to go.
