I HAVE DOWNLOADED A SOFTWARE FROM INTERNET.IT'S SETUPFILE HAS AN EXTENSION .FB. I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN IT.

Never heard of .FB ,there was a previous post also asking this question, check there isnt an .exe or .msi file to open it instead or go to the programs homepage for some help

If the downloaded software is from a Torrent it may be the unfinished downloaded file with the extension you specified.
eg:- Bit Torrent Client Uses .bt extension for the unfinished downloads till the downloads are completed.
Else it may be an extension of some compression software.

open that file and a window 'll appear chosse the option let the windows choose apropriate program ..i'll connect to net n tell which is tat extention
