hi, i ordered a keyboard off ebay 2 weeks ago i haven't received a keyboard and its for my daughters Christmas the money has been taken out of my account but i have forgotten the user name and the email for it? does anyone know how i can access my account but using my alternative email? please

You can go to "buying" under "my account" and it should be listed. You can contact the seller with that.

Contact ebay...They will have on record your transaction. I think its in the top right of ebay as its laid out...They can escalate a claim. The buyer is always covered especially when you have paid with pay pal..I think you go through community support...

EBay can take up to 1-5 week for delivering. Depends on where you buy it. Go to yahoo website and click forgot email id when you got access just search up your eBay and find your username. I don't think you can use an alternative email.
