I need Internet badly and don't have it how much I'd the cheapest and 2nd or 3rd best connection cost?

I pay $40, plus taxes. Taxes would depend on your area. Also, they no longer supply wifi, you have to get your own router for that. Hope this helps.
EDIT: Never mind, apparently they do supply wifi again. I do not know if it costs extra, as they are loathe to show pricing online.

It depends on where you live.
So why not go to Charter's website, punch in your zipcode and let it tell you what's available in your area?
