i accidentally committed to buying 5 beanie babies,I was trying to see if paypal was the only payment method.Now im obligated to buy these.How long do i have to have the money in my paypal account?

It doesn't matter how long, as soon as it's in there it will transfer straight away

A seller can open an unpaid item dispute in as little as two days. You do not have to buy an item in order to see what payment methods are accepted. There is a section right on the listing for that.
