Somebody made an Instagram page and there using my pictures! They changed the name but there still using my pictures as if they are me..What do I do?! They blocked me so I have no idea who it is! How do I handle this !?!!

Call them up or tag them back and be like STOP COPPING ME

Report them to whoever runs the Instagram pages.
If that doesn't work set up your own Instagram page using the same pictures, under your own name, and put a comment somewhere saying that the other page have stolen your pictures. You should be able to prove the pictures are yours.
