first... try this....
r/click your internet explorer icon (not work with shortcut)and select "start In Private Browsing" . so this is best way to bypass your extra tool bars. try it... or
open internet explorer and press (keyboard) "Esc" button more than 5 times (or disable internet connection), then go to tools --> internet options --> advanced(tab) --> click reset & restore buttons.. try it..
or re-install internet explorer..
