There is a game in java market. The name of the game is ‘xyz‘ but the domain ‘xyz.com‘ is still available. Can I register that domain on my website?

Yes, probably. It depends on the prominence of the game, though. I'm sure that Blizzard would be all sorts of upset if http://www.worldofwarcraft.com was still available (it's not) and I registered it.
