First of all Thanks for all who answered my question! I did all those things which u all said! But still I am getting like that what i have to do. Please help me, then One of them said about meta tag. I din't get your point because where I have to place that tag & how? Tel clearly.
Then for new members who are going to answer this question
My result with the keyword company registration in coimbatore is showing 1st in yahoo search engine, but 1 problem goarticles is showing two results one with print option and another with article body with html tags.

Here is a Code to add Meta Tag :
add this code in Head section...

<meta name="description" content="Free Web tutorials">
<meta name="keywords" content="HTML,CSS,XML,JavaScript">
<meta name="author" content="Ståle Refsnes">
<meta charset="UTF-8">

In Description write about ur Web page.. and in Keywords you should write some words related to your Webpage content.. Example: if u have a page of "Hindi Movie song" thn your key words should be as "Hindi movie songs, free songs, Race2 songs, etc, etc," separate by ( , )...
When user search for the key word "Race2 songs" thn search engine will show up ur Page.. as u see in Google search engine it shows 3 Texts, 1) Page Title. 2) Meta Tag Description, and 3) Url to ur Page...
