So my friends and I were discussing on anime how it shows that the female characters always have large breasts, and each time they mention 'anime' they always talk about the inappropriate side of it. How can I explain anime is great like Anohana, Bleach, Clannad, etc., besides its ecchi features

1) Obtain a list of characters that are not stereotypical
2) Shove it in their face
3) Laugh maniacally and scamp away back into the anime kingdom

fullmetal alchemist isn't ecchi and it is a great anime
sadly though anime is becoming more ecchi over time so go back to classics
dragon ball z, inuyasha, yu yu hakasho
all great animes with no ecchi
