Send them a quick message first saying what your doing, otherwise you could cause some confusion as to why your requesting them again. You know what people are like!
Then just send them another Friend request from the new page.

There is no Way To Transfer them you Have to Go Through Each Profile and Add Them On your New Facebook and Wait For them to Accept the Request to the New Profile
