My account is private. I commented on this guys picture and I am following him. He is not following me and again my account is private. Is he able to see my comment? 10 pts best answer!!

Yes they can. Private on IG only means that they can't view your pics. Like if you go on a bigger page of some kind and click on the comments, some of those users are bound to be private. Hope this helps!
