In my amazon cart right now I have things sold by different companies (and amazon itself), but everything is shipped from amazon. Will everything come in the same box? Will it be an Amazon box?

If it's fulfilled by Amazon it will be shipped in one of their boxes. Usually all in the same one, but it depends. I've gotten a few shipments in two small boxes to prevent damage before. Just make sure each item does say "fulfilled by Amazon" on the version you are buying.
