Not able to appeal a frivolous reporting incident against me. I get the above message, and I've tried several times. Somebody well versed in computers, could you please advise me on how to proceed. I appreciate any help immensely.

Save your time my friend.
Unless you have a commercial account with yahoo (paid website for instance) they never grant appeals...even if you make completely realistic and relevant pleas.
Best thing to do is forget it & move on.
