I'm getting a cell phone this summer, and the phone I want won't work in my area. I only have Verizon. So I found this phone:

What Verizon plans are there for it? I mainly want it for texting and using Facebook, among other things. I'm not rich and I'm paying for my phone plan myself. I need something halfway affordable.

--------- NONE!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a GSM Tmobile Phone… Verizon is CDMA…. GSM phones don’t work on CDMA carriers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

--------- this phone will work on ATT, Tmobile, Straight Talk GSM-A, Straight Talk GSM-T, Net10 GSM-A, Net10 GSM-T, and PagePlus… and maybe a few other small GSM carriers……………………. BUT IT WILL NEVER… NEVER… EVER…. WORK…. ON…. VERIZON/SPRINT/VIRGIN MOBILE/ALTELL
GSM AND CDMA DO NOT MIX!
