right so i went on this celebs page and usually at the side under actions it would say leave this person a message , or something along those lines. anyway it doesnt say that on theres for obvious reasons, so i was mucking about and noticed when you click there bullitens or browse through there messages you can reply to them, so i left a message and the message i sent appeared on my twitter page but not theres. i was wondering if they can see the message?
im new to twitter so yeah..on mine it says @___< there name and my message next to it, on theres nothingon mine under the message it also says 'about one hour ago from web in reply to ______' < celebs name

Yes, you can reply to them or send a direct message. The reason it appeared on yours and not theirs is because they have to be following you for it to appear. If it appeared on yours that means they recieved it though. They might reply back. =)

you can't see it on their page because only messages THEY post can be seen on it. they will still see the message on their own home page though

It's incorrect to say you can send them a direct message - you cannot DM unless they are also following you!! But you can send a message to anyone by either clicking on reply, or, by typing @username. The @ reply will appear on your page, but their page will ONLY display the updates they've posted NOT what anyone else has posted. If the celeb has a large following they'll be swamped with @ msgs, therefore yours may be missed.

ofcourse u didnt see you message to that celeb on their page, u cannot veiw another person page. u can veiw there page, but not the way they veiw it. the way they veiw it is they see all of their friend tweets and messages from other people.
to send a celeb or anyone a message, b4 u type something type @ and whatever their sn is
4 example, for jonas brothers type @Jonasbrothers *then your message*
