Is it really important for someone to have a Bachelor's Degree to work in fashion?
Like possibly do marking, social media, or styling for a fashion company?

To do marketing or work on social media? Yes. to do styling? Not necessarily - most stylists are freelance, and it's more about your skills and connections than it is about what degree you have.
