Basically, two years ago I made an email address then I made a twitter account with that email address but I haven't used it in ages so I sort of forgot about it and made a new email and twitter account and when my friend was searching me up she found that account and now I want to access it but I don't remember the email address or password for it. Is it possible to be stored somewhere or something to retrieve my email. I know the twitter username but I cant log in. Im so confused please help.

If that email address hadn't been used in 2 years, it's unlikely it even still exists. Most email providers will discontinue email accounts when they haven't be used for a period of time. For most, I believe it's a year for some (for Yahoo! it's a year), it might even be less.

Click here: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot/ and choose "I forgot my Yahoo ID"
Yahoo accounts are deemed inactive and are deactivated and deleted if you do not sign in for 12 months or more. Yahoo cannot retrieve messages or any other data from a deleted account.
