whenever i open a browser i always get this error "this webpage is not available" i'm connected to the internet but for some reason it always give me that error.. i also uninstalled my antivirus but i still get that error.. anyone, please help!. i really need to get this work for my online classes..

um antivirus has nothing to do with being able to access the internet.
anti virus is the software that blocks and kills virus that attempts to get into and infect ur PC.
hence the name "anti" virus..
have u tried rebooting ur PC? that normally solves any PC issue.
reboot and then reconnect the network cable.
and use google chrome. IE sucks. mozilla firefox is fairly good too.

This would happen because of Virus. Try to check your system through antivirus.

Hi Erica, there could be various reasons why you are unable to connect to the internet. The best thing I can suggest is that you contact your ISP and they will help you immediately.
