If it involves investing in Spanish property, forget it! Prices have collapsed and are still on their way down. The whole industry is riddled with corruption involving builders, investment companies, estate agents, lawers and local mayors. When it goes wrong, as it always does, no one wants to know.

I wouldn't touch any of it with a bargepole

Hi I've had dealings with them. the return has not been as good as suggested as I seemed to have picked the wrong properties, BUT I have had my capital back, I've had dealings with an insurance company re their product and been paid and their contracts have been reviewed by lawyers for insolvency company and found to be valid (the property developer went bust on one project but insurance co has coughed up capital). Final investment still ongoing and should pay out in next two months (with my first profit from them)
Reason for replying is to assure you they exist/attend property shows etc/ deal with medium/large firms of solicitors and are a big operation.
Whether they are right for you is not my problem! since I invested their returns have dropped somewhat partially because developers can source funds slightly more easily than before from other sources AND they appear to be taking on projects a bit further along the process so risk of no interest is less. I would definitely consider using them again in the future but not till got a bit more monies behind me !
Hope this helps
James
