I think the person that hacked me has an app that remembers the password. So even if I change it they can still tweet and dm people. How can I stop them? I'm not going to delete my account by the way. Also, is there a way that I can track their ip address or something to see who it is?

You just have to try n remember whos computer you logged in on and then go kick their ass...

Just Change your password they will auto log out by twitter, and then you can use your profile safely.
