First of all calm down.
Just talk to her normally. Ask her about herself don't talk able yourself too much. Be normal. Become friends before telling her you like her. Just be yourself. It's easier than it seems. Girls like nice, funny, straightforward guys. Goodluck!!

you should add her on Facebook just for bonus points.
And approach her like you would a friend be casual and talk to her about things that are happening in you life like music, activities that she's in. Ect!
But don't get to into it and ask her personal stuff or things that seem uncomfortable. DONT PUSH ANYTHING!!! by that I mean don't get to close and push the friendship take it slow and build it up!
