so there are so many beautiful instagram edits..on instagram of course. Edits where people layer pictures, add text, use special effects and stuff. And people create these amazing collage type things. I really want to try to make some of these edits. I've asked people what apps they use, but it seems like verybody likes to keep it a secret. If anyone knows of a good app that combines layering, special effect/filters, the ability to cut out parts of another picture, and adding text, can you please tell me? THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!

This girl has a lot of Acacia Brinley, Harry Styles, and Selena Gomez edits on her page. I specifically like the ones of Acacia the ones that say "flower child" and "if you love something let it go" (please scroll down a little to view these edits)
