planning to trace a bully in FB so i sent a request to know the IP address and if possible the location of this bully, but the account has been deleted. can FB trace it? how can the IP address help me locate this offender?

Yes because accounts on FB can never be deleted. If you attempt to delete your account all FB will do is hide it from the public and from searches so no one will find it. They do that so if somewhere down the line you want it back all you have to do is log in with your info and voila! It's really a stupid idea actually, I genuenely hate FB now and I hate that I can never actually just get rid of it.
