Many weird things on my PC have been happening, some of these things are:
My Google chrome theme changed automatically
Icons on taskbar/desktop have been moved
I have been getting lower FPS than normal on games
Bookmarks have been deleted
I have Malwarebytes, Norton internet security, and SOPHOS free anti-virus, and I scanned with all, there is nothing??? WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!

It seems like you may have Giga Bit Virus. It changes settings on your computer. It happened to me before, all you need to do is go to control panel, User accounts and Family Safety, Parental Controls and block changing settings. It should work

Since you scanned with three different security programs, the only conclusion that can be reached is twofold: either you have someone living in a cabinet and operating your computer when you are not around or your computer is haunted. Both suck.

remove any AV .
scan system with trend micro ATTK
purchase one good AV ( trend micro , symantec , webroot or mcafee )
