Is coping Posts and comments from a facebook page illegal? - Mum 2 be - 10-15-2012 09:11 PM
Basicially there a Facebook page and comments and posts have been screen shot and posted on to a blog on another site mocking people. Names a d photos aren't blocked etc, the owner claims it isn't illegal but is this illegal? And can u provide links that state this thankyou!!

It's totally illegal.
**EDIT**
I did this once, but I blocked most names.. the reason I didn't block all of them was because they were presumably unrecognized by my computer (ie squares).

unless you are defacing the person as in putting words or actions to them that they didnt do in order to ruin their career, relationships, ect....then yeah its legal
