If you manage a business facebook page and have a personal page...can you manage both of those pages under the same username?

You have to have a different email login for each facebook account.
Unless you mean you want to make a fan page for your business, in that case you can just make the page using your personal and be able to manage it as the admin of that fanpage.

Of course you can. I myself use 6 Pages.
After creating pages,login to your a/c follow these steps:
1. Click on "Accpunt"
2. Select "Use facebook as Page
3. Select your prefered page and you are ready to go.
Follow the same steps if you want to switch back to your profile too.
