Uh...let me think....Oh I remember...stocks don't open until the market makers can fix order imbalances. Could there be an order imbalance in FB? How is it ever going to open would be a better question.

Trading doesn't start until 11 AM EST for the stock.
Good luck buying a horrendously overpriced stock with deteriorating earnings.
