Some time we have found the page url length is vary long due to this problem, we are going to short the url by using google url shortener or any other.
if we promote our page through this shorten url is valuable for seo purpose according to time of promotion.

I think people can use short url to promote their website. Nowadays it is being accepetable to promote our service. It has some benefits. If we can make short url then it is easy to remember and people can easily type this url and get back to our site as well as we get more traffic. It is also search engine friendly so no matter if we use short url as well as this short url will be fine for search engine optimization seo. I have business website which is built in wordpress platform and it had long url. For that i am just using short url using url shortening service and it works great. Hope that helps. Thanks

For SEO purposes, it is best to use a keyword in the domain, and a short domain that is easy to remember. For example: if you blog about computers, your url can be, computersinindia.com. Hope this helps.

We all know the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) that a page starts from HTTP, domain name with domain extension (.com.org.net) to file name and file extensions.
The URL should be easy to get:
The first thing to consider is to have your sites URLs open for search engines. So that they can crawl and index your pages.
The URL should be meaningful:
URL should not contain numbers and symbols. Also URLs should have a keyword that you are optimizing for.
The URL should be easy:
A single post on your site generates a different URL which looks like duplicate content. Show importance for the right URL by specifying Canonical tag.
