I did a google search on my name and someone has been using my identity and writing private things about me. How can i delete this website before people find out? From the search engine, that is.

You cannot unless you have access to the website to enter snippets of code to remove it from Googles SEO, or report the website

If you know who it is, do the same thing back to them. The way I see it, if they can do that to you, they're giving you permission to do the same to them. Let say I go up to your table in a restraunt, and I pour BBQ sauce on your clothes on purpose just to be a jerk, well I'm giving you permission to do the same back to me, thats how I look at it.
Oh and unless they know your name, I wouldn't worry about it, and those who do, prolly realize that people can have the same name, coincdently.
