Sure you can host your site with 000webhosting but they will put some of their ads on your site without asking your permission. Free hosting is not secured and never guarantee up time.

Hi Terry,
There is no free hosting sites with your own domain. However, you can create a free site with free platforms such as:
http://www.wordpress.com
http://www.blogger.com
http://www.xanga.com
http://www.tumblr.com
However, using these platforms mean you must have your name in your name such as http://www.yoursite.blogger.com
If you want your own domain, you will have to pay for web hosting.
