Word of mouth. When you see a commercial for an add how often do you go online and look it up? Never, but word or mouth is far more powerful, have people look at it and if they like it they'll spread the word. Just say hey check out this website I made to some of your friends and if it interests them they'll spread the word.

If you have a Facebook account, why not promote your site there and ask your friends to like.
