Everyone looks at me like i'm crazy because I don't have one, I like talking to people but all this crap is stupid all facebook is is drama, and I hate social networks I like twitter but I never use it why does everyone immediately lose's interest because of it, I also heard that your facebook is viewed by an employer trying to hire you why does my facebook or lack of one matter?

no it's not weird but more a relief that you don't have one.
As soon as I deleted mine, a heavy weight lifted off of my shoulders.

People think its weird because you hang out with a group of people that think that Facebook is a necessity for life to exist on this planet.
Why it matters?
Being one of few who don't have one you are the odd one out which scares people.
Having one means your just like every other cookie on the pan :3
Employers?
I think its a valid thing for them to do. If an employer looks at your profile "being that its public or he/she is on friends list" and they see that your a Drunk party animal causing drama and posting orgy pix... they probably don't want to hire you...
