so i was on my fb and i was using then all of a sudden i refreshed
and it said i had to ligin so i did
and now it says my account is temporarily locked
it sent a security code to let me log back in but its my old phone and i forgot to update it to my new number
what the f*** do i do?
it won't let me choose another option like send an email just the phone number

Have them send a new passwor dto the email you have, when you signed up for your FB account in the first place.

There's a patern that when this happens to people it means they have gathered enough information on you and you will mysteriously dissappear within a few days to never be seen again.

Chage password immeidately, NOW! before more damage could be done to your name and your account. Try this access:
