When I scrol up or down FB freezes or make a comment or hit like.or open any thing on it it freezes.

Your computer is too slow, and doesn't have enough ram to load what you're trying to do. I'm guessing it's a fairly old computer? That, or you have a lot of extra stuff on your computer. Or you could possibly have a virus.
