well i have this countdown widget thing i wanna add to my facebook profile
it has like the list of sites you can add it to and when you click facebook it goes directly as a "Posted Item" thing
i wanna be able to add it like in a html box or something
help?

You have to go through the channels of submitting it to facebook as an app. Unless you are a developer you don't have access to any html on facebook. You could sign up here though
