Sorry, the whole question wouldnt fit in the title area. Anyways, here: WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN YOU CHECK FB ON YOUR MOBILE AND SOMEONE'S ONLINE BUT ON THE COMPUTER IT SAYS THAT HE/SHE'S OFFLINE?? please answer thank you ♥

It means they arent actually on fb but they have it on their phones. So they are mobile but not on the site
